About Us

Coach Jessica Harrison is a purposeful influencer who holds women accountable to themselves, God, sisters, and purpose. She is the Founder and CEO of She Is ME, LLC, an organization that inspires, uplifts, and empowers young ladies to eliminate stereotypes, recognize the necessity of community and commit to showing up in the world as their best selves.

Jessica's love for God, His people, and healthy families have caused her to build a platform to empower, strengthen and equip any person who wants wholeness from the inside out. Jessica uses her bubbly personality to set the stage to enlighten, initiate change and drive people to believe in themselves and their families while pushing one another into the purpose and plan God has already laid before them.

Jessica graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She later obtained her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. Among many other accomplishments, she is a member of the distinguished sorority Zeta Phi Beta, Inc; she also serves as an invaluable member of the Wife Prayer leadership team. Jessica became a certified life coach, earning her BreakPoint Coaching Collective certification to add to her knowledge and training.

Jessica is a devoted wife and mother of 4 (including a fur baby).  

Tory Harrison is a certified teacher, speaker, and coach who cultivates and develops leadership from both a professional and personal perspective. He teaches them to own their position in life and lead with integrity and emotional intelligence. Tory uses his eloquent and inclusive teaching style to emphasize the importance of effective communication and self-awareness that one should possess when leading a team, a corporation, in their home, or a faith-based organization. 

Tory's teaching style draws from his extensive experiences, making his instructional style much more relatable. Tory began his leadership journey in his early twenties, becoming an entrepreneur and business owner of a very successful cleaning company. He later obtained his bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master's in Business Administration from NC Wesleyan College. He furthered his reach and understanding of his craft by attending and completing the John Maxwell Leadership Academy, in which he is a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team. 

Tory's leadership journey has taken him from the commercial cleaning industry, where he began as a floor technician, to corporate America, where he helps build innovation and leadership within fortune 500 companies across the globe. Tory met Jessica at North Carolina Wesleyan College, where they both worked at the time, and now the two serve together doing what they both love, which is helping others succeed in life by finding their purpose. Tory currently serves as the CEO/Co-founder of The Harrison Institute LLC., CEO/Co-founder of The Family Foundation Inc. (5013c), the owner/operator of Harrison's Flooring and Building Services, as a Rotarian (an influential voice in the community and church to which he serves), and a world-class leader that adds value to others one encounter at a time.
